Welcome to your CMBA Forum!

This forum is meant to be a friendly and inter-active environment for Canadian mink farmers: a place where your association provides information and updates about important issues, a place to share community news and, not least important, a place where you can share your experiences and discuss ideas with other members of the industry.

To ensure that The CMBA Forum remains an enjoyable place for everyone, please remember that all posting and replies should be made with RESPECT AND COURTESY.

When posting a new topic, ask yourself if your post is relevant to the fur farming community. The same goes for replying to a topic; remember that someone put time and thought into creating the “thread” (forum-speak for a conversation!), so ask yourself before posting: “Will my reply offer any advice, help or otherwise contribute to the discussion?”

TIPS:
- When choosing a title for your thread, try to use something that will immediately identify what the thread is about. For example, titles that begin with « Read this! » don’t say much about your topics and might be overlooked by community members.
- Try to invest some time creating your thread to make sure that it’s easy to read and offers your opinion in a constructive manner. It helps readers if you break long blocks of text into paragraphs. As with most internet forums, we are not fans of posts written entirely in UPPERCASE!

NOTE: The forum moderators shall have full discretion to address any behavior that they feel is inappropriate. We will always judge any incident on a case-by-case basis.

Most important of all: This is YOUR forum. Use it and enjoy it!
